- 1 Justine's Keto Afghan Crunch Cookie
- 1-2 tbsp Justine's Keto dark choc baking chips
- 6 sugar-free marshmallows
Method for Keto Smores Bake
- If baking in oven, preheat your oven to 180°C. Ignore this step if using an airfryer.
- In a small baking dish, or oven safe bowl, crumble in one Justine's Keto Afghan Crunch Cookie into medium sized chunks.
- Top the crumbled cookie with enough sugar free marshmallows to cover (we used 6).
- Sprinkle1-2 tbsp of Justine's Keto Dark Choc Baking Chips on top. Feel free to add any other mix-ins at this point such as chopped nuts, peanut butter, shredded coconut, or fresh berries.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven or airfryer and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are lightly toasted and the chocolate is melted.
