Ingredients:
- 2 cups keto-friendly protein yogurt (PS: blend with extra strawberries for a pink strawberry base)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2-3 tbsp Keto-friendly jam (We used a homemade chia berry jam)
- 1 Justine’s Raspberry White Choc Chip Keto Protein Cookie, lightly crumbled
- Mini keto marshmallows
- Dried rose petals & other desired toppings (optional)
Method:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the strawberry protein yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet, creating an even layer about 1-2cm thick.
- Drizzle and swirl the keto-friendly chia jam on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the crumbled Justine’s raspberry keto protein cookie over the yogurt layer.
- Add strawberry slices, mini keto marshmallows, and dried rose petals (if using) as additional toppings.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it set for about 2 hours, or until the yogurt bark has hardened.
- Once frozen, break or slice the bark into pieces of your desired size.
