Ingredients for Cookies & Cream Protein Shake
- 1 x Justine's Keto Afghan Crunch Cookie
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbs chia seeds
- 250mls unsweetened almond milk
- 80g frozen cauliflower rice or florets
Method for Cookies & Cream Protein Shake
Blend all ingredients in a bullet until smooth and pour into a glass. Enjoy immediately ☺️Macros:
