Easy 3 Minute Low Carb Apple Pie
Three minutes is all you need for this easy low carb apple pie! by Elle (@elle_herself on Instagram). This is the perfect cosy single serve dessert for winter nights. It's also half the calories of your typical apple pie thanks to our Justine's Keto Ginger Crunch Cookie!
Ingredients
- 1 medium apple
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp keto-friendly brown sugar/ sweetener (I used an erythritol/stevia brown sugar sweetener)
- 1 dollop of greek yogurt
- 1 Justine's Keto Ginger Crunch Cookie
Method
- in a small microwave safe bowl or mug, combine apple, water, cinnamon and sweetener and mix until well-combined.
- Microwave apple mixture for 2-4 minutes or until apples are cooked through
- Crumble 1/2 of one Justine's Keto Ginger Crunch Cookie into your serving bowl, top with apple, then remaining cookie crumbs. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt
- Dessert is served - dig in & enjoy!
