Ingredients For Easy Keto Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 packet Justine's Keto Easy As Scone Mix, dough prepared to packed instructions
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of your choice
  • 3 Tbsp cream
  • 85g cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp powdered or liquid sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Method for Easy Keto Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Prepare the keto scone mix dough to packet instructions 
  2. Roll out dough to a 1-2cm thick rectangle
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the cinnamon roll filling. Combine melted butter, cinnamon, and 1/3 c sweetener and mix until well combined
  4. Spread cinnamon roll filling over dough rectangle
  5. roll dough into a tight log and slice into even slices
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes, or until golden & cooked through
  7. While the rolls are cooling, prepare the frosting. Mix together the cream, cream cheese, sweetener & vanilla until well incorporated.
  8. Slather the keto cinnamon rolls with frosting & enjoy!
