Ingredients for Keto Strawberry Ghosts
- 1/2 cup Justine’s Keto White Choc Baking Chips
- 2-3 tbsp Justine’s Keto Dark Choc Baking Chips
- 1 Punnet fresh strawberries
Method for Keto Strawberry Ghosts
Add Keto white choc baking chips to a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave checking every 20 seconds until fully melted
Wash strawberries and pat dry. One by one, dip your strawberries in the melted white chocolate and place on a sheet of baking paper to set.
Once white chocolate has set, add keto dark chocolate chips to a small microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave until melted.
use a tooth pic, kebab stick, or other long fine-tipped utensil to dip into the melted dark chocolate and draw faces on the strawberry ghosts.
Tip: if you find the chocolate is setting too quickly, add in a small amount of oil to thin it and help it stay melted longer.
