
High Protein Cookies & Cream Bites

Made with Justine’s Mini Keto Protein Cookies, a whipped protein cream filling, and a sugar-free chocolate coating, they’re everything you want in a post-dinner treat or 3pm pick-me-up, without the sugar crash.
Ingredients
- 6 Justine’s Mini Protein Cookies (choose your favourite flavour)
- 300ml cream (thickened or whipping cream)
- 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or cookies & cream work best)
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (for added texture in the filling)
- 100g sugar-free chocolate (for coating the bites)
Method
- Place one mini Protein Cookie into each muffin tin mould to form the base.

In a bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add the protein powder and mix until smooth and slightly thickened.

Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.

Spoon or scoop the mixture onto each cookie base.

Freeze until set.

Melt sugar-free chocolate and coat each bite.

Return to the freezer or fridge until the chocolate is set.
