High Protein Cookies & Cream Bites

Looking for a sweet snack that fits your macros and tastes like dessert? These no-bake High Protein Cookie Cream Bites are rich, creamy, chocolatey, and surprisingly good for you.

Made with Justine’s Mini Keto Protein Cookies, a whipped protein cream filling, and a sugar-free chocolate coating, they’re everything you want in a post-dinner treat or 3pm pick-me-up, without the sugar crash.

 


Ingredients

  • Justine’s Mini Protein Cookies (choose your favourite flavour)
  • 300ml cream (thickened or whipping cream)
  • 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or cookies & cream work best)
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (for added texture in the filling)
  • 100g sugar-free chocolate (for coating the bites)

Method

  1. Place one mini Protein Cookie into each muffin tin mould to form the base.

     

  2. In a bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add the protein powder and mix until smooth and slightly thickened.

  3. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.

  4. Spoon or scoop the mixture onto each cookie base.

  5. Freeze until set.

  6. Melt sugar-free chocolate and coat each bite.

  7. Return to the freezer or fridge until the chocolate is set.
