High Protein Keto Cookie Pods Ingredients
Makes 3 servings, 18.8g protein per serving
- 3 Justine's Mini Protein Cookies
- 1 scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder
- 4 tsp collagen powder
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp Justine’s sugar-free chocolate chips
High Protein Cookie Pods Method
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave 3 Justine's Mini Protein Cookies for 15-20 seconds until they are soft and squishy.
-
Mold the warm protein cookies into the greased muffin tray, pressing them down with your fingers or a spoon to form a pod-like shape.
-
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 tsp of collagen powder, 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter, and 2 tbsp of almond milk to make the "caramel" filling.
-
Spoon the caramel filling into each of the cookie pods, filling them up to the top.
-
Melt 3 tbsp of Justine's sugar-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted.
-
Spoon the melted chocolate on top of each cookie pod, making sure to cover the caramel filling.
-
Place the muffin tray in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
-
Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the giant pods from the muffin tray and enjoy!
