
High Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Slice
This one’s for the peanut butter lovers. Made with our Justine’s x Forty Thieves Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Bars, this rich, fudgy slice is high in protein, no-bake, and made with just 6 ingredients. It’s ridiculously easy to throw together - and even easier to demolish.
High Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Slice Recipe
Ingredients
Base:
• 5 Justine’s x Forty Thieves Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Bars, crumbled
• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
Filling:
• 1 cup Forty Thieves Smooth Peanut Butter
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• ¼ cup coconut oil
• ½ cup boiling water
Topping:
• 100g dark chocolate, melted
• 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother topping)
Method

Line a loaf tin with baking paper.

Combine crumbled protein cookie bars with melted coconut oil. Press firmly into the base of the tin.

In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Add boiling water and stir until smooth and well combined.

Pour filling over the base and smooth it out with a spoon.

Melt dark chocolate (with coconut oil, if using), then pour over the filling layer.

Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until set.

Slice into pieces and enjoy.
