High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Bowls
This high protein strawberry cheesecake bowl tastes like dessert but doubles as a macro-friendly dessert (or breakfast!). It’s made with a blend of Greek yoghurt, cream cheese, and protein powder for a rich, creamy texture - plus a layer of fresh strawberries and a crumble of Justine’s Raspberry White Choc Protein Cookie for that classic cheesecake crumble.
This no-bake recipe is quick to prep, easy to customise, and perfect for anyone looking for a healthier sweet treat that fits into a high protein, low sugar lifestyle.
Ingredients
• 1 cup Greek yoghurt
• ¼–½ cup cream cheese (adjust to your preferred richness)
• 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Splash of vanilla essence
• Splash of lemon juice
• ½ cup strawberries, chopped
• 2 tbsp strawberry jam
• ½ Justine’s Raspberry White Choc Protein Cookie, crumbled
Method
-
In a bowl, mix together Greek yoghurt, cream cheese, sweetener, protein powder, vanilla essence, and lemon juice until smooth (Optional: Blend the mixture for an ultra-creamy texture - note that this may make the consistency runnier, but it will firm up in the fridge or freezer.)
-
In a dessert bowl or jar, layer chopped strawberries on the bottom.
-
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the top and place in the fridge or freezer to chill and set.
-
Once firm, spread strawberry jam over the top.
-
Finish by crumbling ½ a Justine’s Raspberry White Choc Protein Cookie on top.
-
Serve chilled and enjoy.
