Justine’s Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries

24 Medium Strawberries
1 Cup Justine’s Keto Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
1. Wash your strawberries very well and pat them completely dry, ensuring there is no moisture on them.
2. Line a large plate with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, add Justine’s Keto dark chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave until melted. Whisk together until combined. If you want to mix it up too, you can add Justine's Keto white chocolate chips.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering 2/3 of the fruit. Place the chocolate covered strawberries onto the lined plate and let it sit for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has firmed up.
TO STORE: Chocolate covered strawberries can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you would like to keep for longer, store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
TO FREEZE: Place the strawberries in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. The chocolate will lose its sheen but it will still be very delicious.
