KETO CARAMEL CHEESECAKE BY FERNE SWANSON
Finally got around to transforming my cheesecake recipe into a keto one! It tastes delicious even hubby approves
Recipe
25g melted butter
300ml cream
250g cream cheese
1/4 C Justine's Erythritol
Natvia salted caramel sauce
Mix butter and 250g of Justine's Keto Choc Chip Protein Cookie Crumbs together. Push into silicone cheesecake mould. Put in fridge to set.
Beat cream until it starts to thicken. Add in Justine's Keto erythritol and cream cheese and continue to whisk until it becomes nice and thick. Add in the remainder Justine's Keto Choc Chip Protein Cookie Crumbs and some Caramel sauce.
Spoon filling over the base and put in the fridge to set.
