Keto Caramilk Slice Recipe


For the Keto Condensed Milk

470ml cream
45g butter
50g Justine's Keto Erythritol

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 45minutes until mixture has reduced about half and thickened. Let cool completely.


For The Keto Caramilk Slice Base

180g Justine’s Keto Friendly Choc Chip Cookie Crumbs
Entire batch of keto condensed milk from the above recipe

Stir the cookie crumbs into your condensed milk and mix everything roughly together.
Line a container with baking paper, pour the cookie mixture in and smooth down with a spatula. Place in freezer while preparing the caramilk topping.


For The Keto Caramilk Topping

120g Justine’s White Chocolate Chips
2t coconut oil
1/4t caramel flavour

In a heat proof bowl melt chocolate & oil over simmering water, stir until melted and smooth, add caramel flavour and mix well. Pour caramilk topping over biscuit mixture and return to freezer for 2 hours or until firm.

You can add desiccated coconut and chopped nuts for extra texture.
