Keto Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Okay, now stop imagining and make these keto cheesecake overnight oats instead.
This quick, easy make-ahead breakfast is perfect if you find yourself rushing out the door in the morning, or if you just want to enjoy a few extra minutes to sleep in. Taking inspiration from the viral "overnight oats" trend, we've recreated our own keto-friendly version without the carbs, sugar, or gluten (trust us, you won't miss the oatmeal!)
Ingredients
Makes 2 Servings
- Handful chopped strawberries
- 200g greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 25g Justine's Keto Porridge Mix
- 25g Protein Powder
- 1 Justine's Raspberry White Choc Chip Protein Cookie
- Dash of Almond Milk
Method
- Add a handful of strawberries to the bottom of two jars.
- In a separate bowl, combine the greek yogurt, chia seeds, protein powder and Justine's Keto Porridge Mix and mix together until well-combined. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to loosen the consistency.
- Spoon half the porridge mixture into each jar.
- Crumble half of a Justine' s Raspberry White Choc Chip Protein Cookie on top of each jar.
- Place in the fridge overnight, or until ready to enjoy
