KETO CHOC BANANA SLICE BY SARAH
Super easy, keto, no bake slice needs to be on your shopping list to make ASAP
(Makes 12 pieces)
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 cup of Justines Keto Choc Chip Protein Cookie Crumbs
250g Cream cheese
1/4 cup Justine's Erythritol
Banana Milk Drops @vitalzing
1/4 cup Boiling water
1.5 tbsp Gelatine
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Yellow Food Colouring
20g Justine's Keto Dark Baking Chips
1tsp Coconut Oil
1️⃣ Melt butter & stir in Justines Keto Cookie Crumbs & cocoa. Press into loaf pan or molds (I used mini silcone loaf pan) put in freezer to harden.
2️⃣ Dissolve the gelatine in 1/4 cup boiling water, stir and set aside.
3️⃣ Blend cream cheese, erythritol, milk drops food coloring & almond milk together.(I use a bullet) Once combined add the gelatine & water mix and blitz together. (taste test as you add the milk drops blitzing in between until you find your perfect flavour)
4️⃣ Work quickly before it starts to set and pour the banana layer evenly over the top of the slice base.
5️⃣ Place in fridge to set.
6️⃣ Once the slice is firm and cool, melt baking chips with coconut oil and stir until smooth, drizzle across the top of the slice.
7️⃣ Return to refrigerator to set the chocolate.
(This slice is best kept and served straight from the refrigerator)
