Keto Chocolate Biscuit Slice

Base:
2 C Justine’s Keto Mint Dark Choc Chip Protein Cookie Crumbs
1 C shredded Coconut
1/2 C Walnut Pieces
125g Butter
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
Topping:
200g Justine’s Keto Dark Choc Chips
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
Line your slice tin with baking paper.
Place all dry ingredients for the base in a large bowl and mix together. If you wish to sprinkle coconut on top of your slice, reserve 1 - 2 Tbs.
Put butter and coconut oil in a microwave-safe jug and melt. Once melted add to dry ingredients and mix well. Press base firmly into your slice tin and put it in the fridge.
Melt Justine’s Keto Dark Chocolate Chips and coconut oil together for the topping and pour over your base evenly. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and leave in the fridge to set.
Note: I used milk chocolate because that's what I had in my cupboard. Its is super yummy but my preference would be dark chocolate.
