Keto Chocolate Biscuit Slice

This Keto Chocolate Biscuit Slice by Bex is the perfect make-ahead no-bake sweet snack for morning teas, or entertaining friends & family!

Using Justine's keto protein cookies as the base is the secret to easily getting that traditional cookie base without the added carbs or sugar, also helping to make this recipe keto friendly and high in protein. This recipe is super versatile too, you can use any flavour of Justine's Cookies, or swap out the walnuts for whatever nuts or seeds you may have on hand!

  1. Line your slice tin with baking paper.
  2. Place all dry ingredients for the base in a large bowl and mix together. If you wish to sprinkle coconut on top of your slice, reserve 1 - 2 Tbs.
  3. Put butter and coconut oil in a microwave-safe jug and melt. Once melted add to dry ingredients and mix well. Press base firmly into your slice tin and put it in the fridge.
  4. Melt Justine’s Keto Dark Chocolate Chips and coconut oil together for the topping and pour over your base evenly. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and leave in the fridge to set.
