Keto Cookies & Cream Protein "LCM" Slice
These high protein keto Cookies & Cream “LCM” Bars are an easy, no bake healthy take on the childhood classic
Ingredients
- 100g sugar free marshmallows
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 125g soy protein crisps
- 2 Justine's Keto Double Choc Crunch Cookies, crumbled
- Justine's Keto White Choc Baking Chips melted to top (optional)
Method
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the marshmallows & coconut oil in 30 second increments until melted.
- Add soy protein crisps & cookie crumbs to marshmallow mixture and mix until well-combined
- pour mixture into lined baking tin and press down to compact
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional) and place in the fridge until set
- slice into 10 pieces and enjoy!
