Keto Cookies & Cream Protein Waffles
You won't believe these waffles are actually good for you! They're the perfect quick and easy keto breakfast or dessert packed full of protein, with ultra low carbs, simple ingredients, and decadently chocolatey chunks of crunchy Justine's Cookies!
Ingredients
- 39g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- splash vanilla essence (optional)
- 1 Justine's Keto Double Choc Crunch Cookie
Method
- In a small bowl, add protein powder, egg, greek yogurt, baking powder and vanilla and mix until well combined.
- crumble a Justine's keto double choc crunch cookie and mix in to the waffle mixture, reserving some extra to sprinkle on top (if desired)
- cook waffles in waffle machine (Note: it will expand, so add less than you think you need)
- top with reserved cookie crumbs, whipped cream, and keto chocolate sauce
- Enjoy!
