So we decided to step it up a notch with our raspberry white choc chip keto protein cookies to make a version that is even higher in protein, sugar free, low carb, and high in satiating fibre - the perfect dessert for when you want something sweet that won’t leave you with that “gotta have more sugar” feeling!
Just blend 250g of cottage cheese with half a cup of frozen strawberries (sugar free maple syrup & vanilla essence optional) and mix in some crumbled Justine’s raspberry protein cookies & chopped strawberries. Freeze until set, then enjoy!

Ingredients for Keto Cottage Cheese Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Icecream
- 1 250g container of full fat cottage cheese (you can use low fat for a lower calorie version - but it won't be as creamy)
- 1/2 cup crumbled Justine's Raspberry White Choc Chip Keto Protein Cookies (or buy the crumbs here)
- 1/2 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions for Keto Cottage Cheese Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Icecream
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, half of the fresh strawberries, sugar free maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl or container and mix in the crumbled cookies and other half of the fresh strawberries.
