Keto Double Chocolate Brownie
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup almond meal
1tsp baking powder
100g Justine’s Dark choc chips
1/2 cup Justine's Erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 160° fan forced and line your baking tray
In a large bowl combine cocoa powder, almond meal and baking powder, add your choc chips.
Melt butter and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix together your eggs, sweetener and vanilla essence. Add the melted butter and combine.
Mix your wet and dry ingredients and pour into your liner tray.
Bake for 25-30mins.
