KETO FROZEN BERRY SMOOTHIE WITHOUT YOGURT OR MILK
KETO BERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Coconut Cream or Heavy Cream or light Coconut milk
2 Tablespoons of Justine's Keto Erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS

If you are using fresh berries, place them on a plate covered with parchment paper, make sure they don't overlap, and freeze overnight or at least 4 hours.

In a blender, add frozen blueberry, frozen raspberry, cream, and unsweetened almond milk.

Add Erythritol if desired. This is optional. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend adding some sugar-free stevia drops or Monk fruit crystal.

Add 1 or 2 ice cubes for an ice/slushie-like texture, if desired.

Blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Enjoy immediately.
STORAGE

Store leftover in the fridge. The next day, bring it back to the blender with 2-3 ice cubes to get it frothy again.
