See how to make sugar-free low carb keto chocolate frosting that tastes like the real thing minus the carbs & sugar! Easy  & just 5 ingredients & takes 5 minutes to make.  Great to make & top with our Keto Afghan Crunch Cookies. No baking is required. Top with walnut & you are all set to enjoy! 


Keto frosting

Servings 20


1 1/2 cups Unsalted butter (softened)
10 tbsp Cocoa powder (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
1/2 cup Justine’s Erythritol, Powdered in a Blender
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Heavy cream

Optional Justine's Keto Afghan Crunch Cookies



  1. Using a hand mixer in a bowl, beat the butter for about 1 minute, until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the cocoa powder, Justine's Erythritol, and vanilla extract, starting at low speed and increasing to high once it gets incorporated. Beat for 30 seconds on high.
  3. Beat in heavy cream. (You can add more to thin out as needed.) Start low, then beat for 30 seconds on high again, until smooth and fluffy.
  4. spoon into a piping bag.  Pipe on to of our Keto Afghan Crunch Cookies or cupcakes, cakes, or whatever you desire.

Serving size: 2 tablespoons

Entire recipe makes 2 1/2 cups.
