  1. Whizz up the cookies to resemble a fine crumb 
  2. Add half of the mixture to the bottom of your jar, glass, or ramekin
  3. Leave the other half set aside 
  4. For the cheesecake filling, in a blender add the remaining ingredients & whizz that up until I looks like a mousse consistency 
  5. Add this layer to your crumb and set in the fridge for 2-4 hours 
  6. Once set sprinkle over the remaining cookie crumb & enjoy!
