1T Raspberry essence
Splash of food colouring (optional)
Low Carb Jam
1/2 jar Natvia Raspberry Jam
Blits Justine's Mini Keto Raspberry White Choc Protein Cookies and add melted butter, press into tin. Add jam on top, and pop in the fridge to cool. Make the icing by melting butter and adding Justine's powdered Erythritol and essence until the consistency you like. Chill overnight.
Cut up into 12 pieces and enjoy x
