5 Ingredient Keto Self Saucing Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
For the Batter:- 25g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Justine's Keto Hot Chocolate Mix
- 3 tbsp almond flour or almond meal
- pinch baking powder
- 1 egg
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 tbsp Justine's Keto Hot Chocolate Mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
Method:
- In a medium mug, mix together batter ingredients with a fork, then flatten to form a smooth surface for the sauce
- sprinkle additional 1/2 tbsp of keto hot chocolate mix on top of the batter
- gently pour the water on top.
- Cook in the microwave in 30 second increments until cooked to your desired texture (we cooked for one minute total), times may vary depending on your microwave settings.
- Top with cream or keto icecream & enjoy!
