What You Will Need:
3x Justine's Keto Mini Choc Chip Protein Cookies
100g Justine's Keto Dark Chocolate
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1. Melt Peanut Butter and Justine's Keto Dark Chocolate in the microwave, stir in increments until combined smooth and silky
2. Break the Justine's Keto Mini Choc Chip Protein Cookies and place them in the bottom of a mini cupcake silicone mold.
3. Half fill each silicone cup with choc mixture.
4. Place Keto Marshmallows on top and finish by coating them in the remaining Keto Low Carb Chocolate mix to concrete everything together
5. Place in fridge to set
