Method for Keto Vanilla Whoopie Pies
- In a large bowl, prepare the Justine's Victoria Sponge Cake Mix to the instructions on the back of the pouch.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Scoop or pipe batter (roughly 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp portions) and drop onto prepared baking sheets, spacing around 5cm apart.
