- 340g Justine's Keto White Choc Baking Chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Justine's Keto Ginger Crunch Cookies, chopped into pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried berries
- 1/2 cup sugar free marshmallows chopped in half
Method
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted.
- add all other ingredients into the melted white chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
