TikTok's viral yogurt bark trend just got a high-protein, low-carb makeover! By swapping out sugary bases for Justine's Cookies, this bark delivers a protein boost and also adds an extra layer of better-for you indulgence!
Ingredients
- 4 Justine's Protein Cookies (choose your favorite flavour!)
- 1/2 – 1 cup protein yogurt
- Your choice of toppings
- We used: sugar-free chocolate sauce, chopped peanuts, sugar-free marshmallows, raspberries, and more protein cookie crumbs for a Rocky Road-inspired twist.
Method
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the 4 Justine's Cookies into a large square.
- Spread protein yogurt evenly over the cookies.
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the yogurt layer. For a Rocky Road vibe, we used sugar-free chocolate sauce, chopped peanuts, marshmallows, and fresh raspberries. Feel free to get creative with other flavours - like shredded coconut, sugar-free chocolate chips, or nuts.
