
High Protein Peanut Butter Cheesecake Jar
These High-Protein Peanut Butter Cheesecake Jars are the perfect healthy breakfast to meal prep for the week ahead! Made with just 5 simple ingredients, featuring our Peanut Butter protein cookie bar as the base, they’re rich, creamy, and packed with protein!
INGREDIENTS
For the Base
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Filling

3/4 cup Protein Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp Forty Thieves Peanut Butter Smooth

1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Optional: Dash of milk to thin texture
Toppings

Melted Dark Chocolate

Drizzle of Smooth Peanut Butter

Chopped Peanuts (to garnish)
METHOD

Crumble the Justine's Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Bar and press into the bottom of a jar to form the base.

For the Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Add a dash of almond milk if the mixture is too thick. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Spoon the cheesecake filling mixture over the protein bar base and smooth the top.

Add a small layer of peanut butter, then another layer of melted dark chocolate to pour over the cheesecake layer. Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter and garnish with chopped peanuts.

Place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for breakfast meal prep.
