Protein Caramel Cookie Butter

Nothing goes better with cookies than more cookies 🍪😉

Biscoff and Cookie Butters have been going viral the past few months, but due to it's high sugar and carb content, they're not suitable for a keto diet. So we decided to make our own version that's keto friendly, gluten free, sugar free, and high in protein?

So that's exactly what we've done! This high protein keto caramel cookie butter is a great way to use crumbled protein cookies & makes a great spread, dip, or addition to your morning keto porridge! (Or just eat it straight from the jar like we do 😉)

PS: You can make this cookie butter with any cookie flavour. Some great 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 3 Justine's Keto Caramel Protein Cookies
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • dash vanilla essence, or other flavor essence if desired
  • 4-5 tbsp keto friendly milk (we used almond milk)
  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. Crumble Protein Cookies and add to a blender, add all other ingredients. 
  2. blend until smooth, adding more keto milk if needed to reach desired consistency 
  3. Pour mixture into a glass jar or container and enjoy!
