Ingredients

1½ cups frozen mixed berries

2 tsp sweetener of choice (erythritol or stevia-based)

1 scoop protein powder (optional – adds extra protein and thickens)

Dash of lemon juice

Dollop of Lite Greek yoghurt to serve (optional)
Method

In a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin, combine the frozen berries, sweetener, protein powder, and lemon juice. Stir until evenly mixed.

Heat in the microwave (or air fryer) until hot and bubbling, and the berries have softened and broken down (approx. 1–2 minutes).
