Single Serve Low Carb Tiramisu Cups

Made with Justine’s Mini Protein Cookies, this dessert is creamy, coffee-infused, and perfectly portioned. This mini tiramisu is packed with flavour, high in protein, and easy to make with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. It’s a perfect dessert for those following a low-sugar or keto-friendly lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Justine’s Mini Protein Cookies (any flavour)
  • 1/4 cup cream, whipped 
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar free caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup black coffee, cooled
  • 1 tbsp Coffee Syrup (optional)
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Method

  1. Soak Justine’s Mini Protein Cookies in the cooled black coffee for about 30 seconds or until slightly softened.

  2. In a bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the coffee syrup (if using) and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce, and mix gently to combine.

  3. Layer the Tiramisu. Start with a layer of soaked cookies in a small cup or jar. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream mixture over the cookies Dust with cocoa powder, a squirt of caramel sauce (optional) and garnish with half a Justine's Mini Cookie. 

  4. Chill in the fridge, or enjoy as is
