Justine’s Mini Keto Protein Cookie Xmas trees in a flash

What you will need 

Justine’s Mini Protein Cookies  6

Justine’s  Keto Dark Choc Chips  200g

1 Tablespoon  Coconut Oil 


Keto Ice cream 

Ingredients

600 ml Creme fraiche

100 ml coconut milk 

35g Justine’s  Keto Friendly erythritol

½ teaspoon Vanilla extract 

3 teaspoons Vegetable glycerine( optional , but keeps ice cream soft)  

Method to Make  Ice Cream

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Pour into a container and freeze for a minimum 2 hours or until firm.

Make  your ice cream as above 

Put the ice cream in a piping bag 

Pipe on top of  Justines Mini Keto protein cookies  a tree  

Pop back into freezer 

Next , melt Justines Chocolate with  coconut oil   in a microwave  & stir until  melted . 

Take the trees out of the freezer & dip in  chocolate 

Refreeze until ready to serve
