Keto Peanut Butter Choc Chip "Overnight Oats"
Calling all sweet breakfast lovers—this Keto Peanut Butter Choc Chip “Overnight Oats” is going to be your new breakfast meal prep obsession! It only takes 5 minutes to make and is the perfect easy grab-and-go breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Justine’s Keto Porridge Mix
- 180ml water or milk of choice (use more for a thinner consistency)
- Optional sweetener, to taste
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp Justine’s Keto Dark Choc Baking Chips, melted
- 1 Justine’s Mini Keto Peanut Butter Choc Chip Protein Cookie, crumbled
Instructions:

In a jar, mix together 1/2 cup Justine’s keto porridge mix, 180ml water or milk of choice, and optional sweetener.

Spread a layer of peanut butter on top of the mixed porridge. Follow with a layer of melted Justine’s Keto Dark Choc Baking Chips. Finally, Crumble a Justine’s Mini Keto Peanut Butter Choc Chip Protein Cookie on top.
