Peanut Butter Protein S'mores Cups
You won't believe that these peanut butter protein smores cups are loaded with protein, and take just a few minutes (and no bowls!) to make!
These cute little cups are the perfect treat when you need something indulgent and sweet in a pinch. They hit all the spots - gooey, melty, salty, sweet, crumbly, and are sure to satisfy your cravings!
The secret is using a Justine's Mini Peanut Butter Choc Chip Protein Cookie as the base - this adds 7g protein and tons of flavour, without the added carbs, sugar or calories!
Ingredients (per one smores cup)
- 1 Justine's Mini Peanut Butter Choc Chip Protein Cookie
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter
- 1 piece chocolate
- 2 sugar free marshmallows
Method
- Heat Justine's Cookie in the microwave for 10-20 seconds until soft & squishy
- Transfer to a greased cupcake tin (or ramekin) and press down against the bottom and sides to form a cookie cup (You can use the end of a rolling pin or shot glass to make it easier)
- Load the cookie cup with your peanut butter, chocolate and marshmallows and move to a warm oven until the marshmallows and chocolate have melted.
